> The Bank of Russia forecasts a key rate of 14.5-14.6% in 2026 and 19-21% in 2027 under its risk scenario, followed by 14-16% in 2028 and 9.5-10.5% in 2029. The scenario also envisages inflation of 11-13% and GDP contraction of 3-4% in 2027.
