> Nepal’s army has joined efforts to reach hydropower workers believed trapped in flood-swamped tunnels. Officials say more than 100 may still be alive, while the disaster has killed at least 750 people and left more than 3,000 missing. Rain and rising rivers have repeatedly disrupted the rescue operation.
