> The death toll from floods in Nepal and Tibet has risen to 750, with more than 3,000 people still missing. Nepal issued a new warning as river levels climbed again, while rescuers struggled to reach hydropower workers trapped in flooded tunnels amid continued rain. Scientists believe a Himalayan glacier collapse may have triggered the disaster.
