> New satellite imagery shows the destruction caused along Nepal’s Trishuli River by deadly flash floods triggered by a glacier collapse on 26 August. Villages, bridges, a hydropower plant and a key Nepal-Tibet border crossing were swept away. Nepali officials say hundreds died and thousands are missing, while Chinese authorities report more than 10 deaths and over 500 missing.
