> Russian Foreign Ministry special envoy Andrey Belousov said US military strategists are seriously considering using nuclear weapons in the European theater. He argued that Washington’s push to discuss Russia’s non-strategic nuclear weapons diverts attention from US weapons stationed in Europe and its nuclear missile programs, and warned that transparency talks could increase the likelihood of use by the US and its European allies.
