> Nepal needs specialised foreign assistance after a devastating flood near its Himalayan border with China, Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal told Reuters, but its own rescuers can handle general search and rescue. Kathmandu has sought help with tunnel rescues, restoring transport and communications, identifying bodies, DNA testing and preserving remains, while asking India and China for bailey bridges.
