> Tensions have escalated in Spain’s North African exclave of Ceuta, where locals blocked Red Cross aid deliveries and some set fire to migrant camps on a beach. The incidents followed the arrest of 12 migrants accused of throwing stones at a military vehicle. The government and opposition parties have blamed each other for worsening the crisis and social division.
