> Agricultural Minister Taras Vysotskyi said Russian attacks had destroyed 90% of Ukraine’s modern storage facilities for goods. He warned that damage to logistics could reduce the range of products in stores, but said there was no threat of hunger or current food shortages. An overnight strike on Aug. 28 destroyed 14 warehouses in Kyiv Oblast.
