> Russian forces struck the Kherson thermal power plant overnight with four glide bombs, destroying all its heat- and power-generating equipment ahead of the heating season, Naftogaz said. The attack critically damaged a facility supplying heat to many homes, while employees sheltered and were unharmed. Naftogaz said the strike was intended to terrorize civilians and deprive tens of thousands of residents of heating.
