> Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the Kyiv regime is deliberately resorting to “nuclear blackmail” by striking Energodar and putting the security of Europe and the wider world at risk. She said attacks on Energodar and the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant since April 9 had killed nine plant workers and wounded dozens of civilian specialists.
