> Nepalese police say the floods have killed more than 160 people, while China reports three deaths on the Tibetan side. More than 1,300 people are missing across the two countries. Survivors describe relatives being swept away and rescues from rooftops, as blocked roads and a flooded border port hamper efforts to find and assist people.
