> A devastating flood in northern Nepal near Tibet has killed more than 160 people across Nepal and China and left over 1,000 missing. Hundreds of tourists from 28 countries are unaccounted for on the Nepalese side. Authorities now say a glacier collapse, rather than an earthquake, may have triggered the disaster.
