> Colombia is battling 18 wildfires across four departments as El Niño dries the landscape and intensifies the flames. More than 20,000 hectares have burned in Tolima, destroying lemon and avocado crops. Fires worsened overnight in San Luis and Coello; two suspects were arrested after signs of criminal activity. Officials warn the fires could continue until March 2027.
