> Iran and Oman have agreed on a temporary maritime route for ships using the Strait of Hormuz, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said. He warned that the waterway would not fully reopen until the US meets commitments under an interim peace deal that has lapsed. Passage remains high risk amid stalled diplomacy and ongoing disputes over the route.
