> Torrential flooding and a mudslide along the Nepal-Tibet border have killed at least nine people and swept away homes, roads, bridges and power projects. Officials fear more casualties, with people missing in Tibet’s Gyirong county, while rescue helicopters have been unable to land in Nepal’s worst-hit areas.
