> President Volodymyr Zelensky awarded SpaceX CEO Elon Musk Ukraine’s Order of Liberty on Aug. 26, citing his contributions to protecting human life and freedom and to Ukraine-U.S. relations. Kyiv is seeking Musk’s approval to use Starlink-enabled drones inside Russia against ballistic missile launchers, while Musk remains reluctant, viewing the move as an escalation of the war.
