> The Sudan Doctors Network says the SPLM-N killed 27 people, including four children, in attacks on Otoro-inhabited areas of South Kordofan. The violence displaced residents toward Abu Hitan and Kadugli, while the group warned that continued violations could broaden the conflict into an ethnic war.
