# Nvidia and Supermicro employees charged over alleged AI server exports to China

> Taiwanese authorities have indicted nine people, including employees of Nvidia and Super Micro Computer, over an alleged scheme to illegally export AI servers to China. Prosecutors say some servers were routed through Indonesia and Japan, while 56 were seized at Taiwan’s border. Several defendants face charges including breach of trust, document forgery and embezzlement.
