> UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has urged an immediate halt to attacks on residents and civilian infrastructure amid the escalating Ukraine conflict. A Ukrainian overnight strike on Russia’s Krasnodar Region damaged a private children’s facility, killing three children and sending two adults and six children to hospital.
