> At least 30 people were killed when a powerful gang coalition attacked a farming community in Kenscoff, south of Port-au-Prince, setting homes ablaze and targeting a church. The violence comes as Haiti prepares for its first general election in more than a decade, though experts warn conditions remain too dangerous for voting.
