# Bulgarian PM says Coalition of the Willing does not represent entire EU

> Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev said only a small number of EU countries had joined the Coalition of the Willing and that they could not speak for the whole bloc. He also questioned the FREYA missile-shield initiative involving Ukraine and nine European countries, saying its funding needs and technical parameters were unclear and that any decision should be made by the EU Council.
