> Russian drones struck a busy shopping centre in Kryvyi Rih, killing 16 people. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas called the attack “terror by design” and said she would put forward the most far-reaching Russia sanctions listings since the war began. Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the strike as “cynical and despicable” and said a second drone targeted emergency responders.
