> US President Donald Trump says imports of up to 300,000 tonnes of ground beef will be allowed over the next three months without higher tariffs, with foreign exporters reportedly offering a 25 percent discount to consumers. Trump did not identify the country, suppliers or companies involved; a White House official said an executive order will be signed within two weeks. Senator Tim Sheehy criticised the move as harmful to ranching families.
