> More than 300 companies are showcasing humanoid, industrial and service robots at Beijing’s five-day World Robot Conference, which opened on August 19. The event coincided with Unitree’s market debut, when shares of China’s best-known humanoid robot maker rose nearly sixfold. Robotics is emerging as a new front in US-China rivalry.
