> A Ukrainian man has been arrested in Croatia on suspicion of helping bomb the Nord Stream gas pipelines in September 2022. German prosecutors allege he was one of the divers who planted the explosives and are seeking his extradition. The arrest is the second in the case, while Kyiv has repeatedly denied involvement.
