> Search crews continued clearing collapsed buildings in western Colombia nearly a week after a magnitude-7.5 earthquake struck San Jose del Palmar. Officials estimate about 290 deaths, more than 140 people missing and nearly 4,200 injured. As hopes of finding survivors fade, operations are shifting toward recovering bodies while donations and relief efforts grow.
