> Liberia will accept up to 1,200 people deported from the U.S. to a country other than their own over the next year, under a bilateral agreement. The first 20 are expected Thursday. Liberia says they will be received as guests, may leave freely and can seek asylum, while the U.S. will support the program and migration-system improvements.
