> Disney has sued the Federal Communications Commission to block an early licence review for eight ABC-owned stations. The company alleges the Trump administration is using the process to intimidate ABC over coverage that angered the president, while the FCC says the review relates to Disney’s diversity, equity and inclusion practices and an investigation into The View.
