> Rain and more favorable winds slowed the High Fens wildfire in eastern Belgium. Authorities said the blaze, which has burned about 3,000 hectares since Friday, was contained where crews could reach it, though it continued spreading slowly in inaccessible areas. About 600 evacuated residents remained unable to return, and prosecutors in Liege opened an investigation into the cause.
