> The US-Iran memorandum of understanding aimed at ending their conflicts expired Monday, with neither side signaling a clear willingness to renew it after weeks of accusations over violations. Iranian officials portrayed the deal as a product of Iran’s strength and diplomatic victory, while Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran had not decided to restart negotiations. A senior White House official described the talks as “static.”
