> The murder trial of Tupac Shakur has opened, with prosecutors portraying former gang leader Duane “Keffe D” Davis as the organiser of a revenge-driven drive-by shooting. A police witness said Shakur refused to identify his attackers after being shot and told an officer, “We’ll take care of it.” Davis denies the allegations and has pleaded not guilty.
