> Israeli settlers have pitched tents near Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah, in an attempt to establish a new illegal outpost, while other settlers have besieged three Palestinian families in Qusra for a week. UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese accused Israel of using settlers to advance “ethnic cleansing”. Reports also describe attacks, arrests and blocked medical access elsewhere in the West Bank.
