> Hamas political leader and chief negotiator Khalil al-Hayya is traveling to Cairo for talks with Egyptian officials, including intelligence chief Hassan Rashad, according to a Hamas source. The visit comes before US envoy Jared Kushner’s planned trip to Israel and Egypt to narrow differences over a Gaza plan rejected by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Israeli attacks in Gaza continued, killing two Palestinians and injuring 14, according to the territory’s Health Ministry.
