> Russia plans to create a unified electronic database of people who committed sexual violence against minors, with the Interior Ministry reportedly working toward a 2027 launch. The database is expected to be closed to the public, a restriction opposed by State Duma deputy Anastasia Udaltsova. The inclusion criteria remain unclear.
