> Russia’s Foreign Ministry says it sees no basis for a mutual truce with Ukraine in the Black Sea. Spokesperson Maria Zakharova cited what she called “brazen acts of terrorism” by Ukrainian military drones against civilian vessels and rejected measures that would give the “Kyiv regime” temporary relief. Turkey’s foreign minister had urged a cease-fire mechanism, while Reuters reported that Ukraine proposed halting strikes on civilian targets but had received no response.
