> Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine could destroy all Russian ballistic missiles if the US sold Kyiv 10% of its Patriot interceptor stockpile. Ukraine also repatriated 261 bodies Russia claims belong to Ukrainian service members and struck an oil refinery complex in Russia’s Bashkortostan. The Air Force will stop publishing exact ballistic-missile launch and interception figures, citing security and communications concerns, a decision criticized as reducing transparency.
