> Israel’s military says it will deploy more troops to Qusra in the occupied West Bank after failing to remove settlers who have trapped two Palestinian families in their homes since Sunday. The families say their water and electricity were cut off and food supplies are running low. The incident has renewed scrutiny of settler violence and the military’s response.
