> Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine could destroy all Russian ballistic missiles if the US sold Kyiv 10% of its Patriot interceptor stockpile. He said 5% would help Ukraine survive the winter and save lives, as the country faces a severe air-defense shortage. Kyiv is seeking more US missiles while developing its own ballistic and anti-ballistic systems.
