> United Russia Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said the special military operation can be ended or suspended only on Russia’s terms. He also said relations between Russia and the West would change little afterward. His remarks link any halt in the operation to conditions set by Moscow. The statement presents limited change in ties with the West as the expected consequence.
