> Colombia’s search for survivors is continuing more than 48 hours after a 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck the country. More than 200 people have been confirmed dead, while over 2,000 are reported missing. New President Abelardo de la Espriella has declared a state of emergency as many residents remain without clean drinking water or electricity. Several major highways are still closed, and the report opens with a dramatic rescue from a collapsed home.
