> Europe is not prepared for the influx of Ukrainian refugees expected this winter, according to a newspaper report. The report says that most of Ukraine’s territory could become practically unsuitable for living during the winter. Such conditions could lead more Ukrainians to seek refuge in Europe. The assessment presents the expected movement as a potential humanitarian challenge for European countries.
