> Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Kyiv has submitted proposals to the United States aimed at ending the war with Russia. He also warns that Moscow may use next month’s election as a pretext to announce a new mobilisation. His comments connect Ukraine’s diplomatic initiative with a warning about a possible Russian military call-up.
