> North Korea launched a ballistic missile on Wednesday, marking its second test in under a week. The launch came as Seoul and Washington prepare to start their annual military exercises next week. The launches appear intended to signal Pyongyang’s opposition to the drills. North Korea regards the exercises as a rehearsal for an invasion.
