> A United Nations investigation says Myanmar’s military has intensified aerial attacks during its conflict with anti-government groups. The inquiry reports that forces are using inexpensive aircraft, including motorized paragliders and gyrocopters. It says the attacks have killed civilians. The findings characterize the campaign as an escalation of airstrikes against people not involved in the fighting.
