> A federal judge has blocked the U.S. Postal Service from carrying out part of President Trump’s executive order. The measure seeks to tighten rules governing mail-in voting. The dispute comes ahead of November elections that will determine control of Congress. The ruling therefore affects an effort tied directly to the administration’s election policy.
