> Senator Flavio Bolsonaro’s presidential campaign is preparing a fiscal framework intended to replace Brazil’s current budget rules, according to sources cited by Reuters. The proposal would impose tighter limits on government spending as the country’s debt rises. Under the plan, growth in real spending could be reduced to zero. The framework would therefore mark a significant tightening of the rules governing budget expansion.
