> China has made a preliminary finding that pecan imports originating in the United States and Mexico are being dumped. The Ministry of Commerce said the products, also identified as Carya illinoensis, will face interim anti-dumping measures. The move follows the ministry’s determination announced on Monday. It applies to imports from both named countries. China described the action as an interim response while the dumping finding remains preliminary.
