> Russia says Kyiv targeted foreigners in an effort to drive a wedge between Russia and its fraternal nations. Maria Zakharova called on every member of the international community to condemn what she described as the “barbaric crimes of the Kyiv regime.” Her statement presents the alleged attacks as an attempt to damage Russia’s relations with friendly countries. It also urges a broad international denunciation of Kyiv’s conduct.
