> President Donald Trump has prolonged a waiver of US shipping mandates for another 90 days. The measure permits foreign vessels to carry oil and other commodities around the United States, though the extension includes new restrictions. The move comes as the war in Iran disrupts crude flows and raises fuel costs. The waiver therefore remains in place in a narrower form while energy transport faces pressure.
