> Russia’s Foreign Ministry says Moscow will respond in kind to what it describes as Moldova’s diplomatic provocations. Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin pointed to a Moldovan decision imposing quotas on the number of embassy staff. His remarks indicate that Russia views the staffing limits as part of the dispute and is preparing a reciprocal response. The statement does not specify what measures Moscow may take.
